They are probably ok for regular check ups or vaccinations. I was looking after a stray cat and one day she got hurt from cat fighting. I took her to the vet. Told her im not the ownner im just feeding her time to time when she visit me and wanted to give her the least of treatment. I said it because I didn't want to spend too much money for this to be honest. But they didn't care about it. So they charged me $360 somtehing. So I told them again. I wanted to give her a least of the treatment. It's too expensive for me to pay when even I'm not her ownner, and they simplified the treatment and subtract the fee. Made it about 220. One month later I had to come back as some part of her wound got worse. they said it needs a surgery and explained about it and told me that I can pick her up today or tomorrow depending how busy they are. I knew that she will need surgery cus the wound was really bad. And i knew that it will be expensive. They printed the estimate fee for me. The estimate on the paper was $360 and additional 140 to 160. they said the additional fee will be there when she gets more treatment. And they including the vet said the total will be about 500 at the end of the conversation. 500 was about the limit I could pay. Relieved and I expected it 560 tops. Next day, they didn't call me till 5pm. I had to call them and asked if she is ready. So I could picked her up the day. when I came to pick her up, they charged me $596. I told them the estimate I've been told. They seemed not solving the complaining, saying that the only person I can talk about it with, is the vet. But the vet, she didn't show up while the other person who seemed not much in charge talk to me. Probably the vet was too busy to talk about the fee. So the result was that they skipped one medicine to reduce the fee. Next day I had to come back for making the payment again using a different card and get refund for the first payment. I know I was making a hassle for them but i had to do it. Cus i realized later that i used a wrong card. But the reception lady said she doesnt know how to refund it so I need to come back the other day. I know it's business for them but.. I'm just not happy to come back to this place again.
